Precious Winnie processing grief

A year ago #boxerdog Winnie's dog brother Wilf moved on to the next big adventure, and since then Winnie has found it difficult to process her sadness and loss.

Wilf and Winnie went everywhere together, so now Wilf is no longer in his physical body to accompany her, Winnie has been finding life without her brother a challenge that means she requires more reassurance on a daily basis.

Yesterday I did a #Selfselection and #Animalcommunication session with Winnie and her human, and it was heart touching to visually see and feel her as she displayed and moved through some of her feelings of loss and #grief.

When we recognise that any being who has the ability to bond also has the ability to experience loss and grief, we rightfully give support to enable them to process.

Winnie has already shown she is in a more confident place, as today she is less clingy to her humans whilst being relaxed in their company.
